Made-to-Order:

All our pieces are crafted just for you! Please allow 11–14 days for delivery.

- Shipping

We ship only within India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We use sustainable packaging. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to weather, festivals, or other unforeseen
events.

- Orders & Payment

Payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment fails or there’s a technical issue.

- Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless
the item is defective or damaged. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery with photos.

- Product Care

Each item comes with care instructions—following them will keep your piece
looking its best!

- Privacy

Your information is safe with us. We’ll only use it to process your order and keep
