Refund policy

At Athem, every piece is crafted with intention and care, made-to-order especially
for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns. However, we want every garment
to feel just right when it reaches you.

Exchanges

● We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn,
unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
● Exchanges are subject to availability, as our collections are produced in limited
quantities.

Defective or Incorrect Items

● In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us
within 48 hours of delivery.
● We will arrange for the piece to be corrected or replaced at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
● Customised or altered garments cannot be exchanged.
